February 15, 2019 Licensure Ceremony CANCELLED

The 2:00 p.m. ceremony has been cancelled due to inclement weather in the area. All certificates will be mailed from the Board office by February 20, 2019. Please call the Board office at 785-296-3053 if you have any concern. 

Continuing Education Opportunity: Professoinal Geologist Licensure Requirements and the ASBOG National Geology License Examinations

American Geosciences Institute and American Institute of Professional Geologists are sponsoring a webinar that might be of interest to professional geologists for continuing education credit. The KSBTP Extends Thanks to All Who Submitted Information for Investigative Services 

The Kansas State Board of Technical Professions would like to extend a very grateful thank you to all licensees who replied to our e-mail blast advertising for new investigators. Each person that submitted information should have received a follow-up email from Board staff by 1/31/2019 with additional information.  We sincerely appreciate the willingness of all involved. All investigator spots are now full.

A Licensure Recognition Ceremony will be held February 15, 2019 at the Kansas State Capitol for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, Geologists, Architects and Landscape Architects

Please make sure to RSVP by February 11, 2019 to KSPE with the number of people in your party.  Pictures will be taken by a professional photographer and guests are welcome.  KSBTP hopes to see you there!

Renewal Grace Period for Non-Renewed Certificates of Authorization and Landscape Architect Licenses (A-L) Began 01/01/2019

Notification has been sent to businesses and licensees that have entered Expired status due to non-renewal by December 31, 2018. If you are unsure if your renewal was successful, or would like to check on the expiration date of your certificate or license,you may Click Here To Search For A License -or- Click Here To Search For A Business. The grace period ends March 30, 2019. Please contact the Board office if you require assistance. 

Congratulations to Newly Licensed Professional Engineers by Examination

The Board is pleased to announce 82 individuals have been granted professional licensure in Kansas after successfully passing Fall 2018 examinations.  To view a listing of the newly licensed Professional Engineers by exam you may click here to view the announcement.  Congratulations!  Results letters were mailed from the Board office on December 18, 2018. Newly licensed individuals will receive an invitation to the February 15, 2019 licensing ceremony in early 2019.

The Board is pleased to announce 6 individuals have been granted professional licensure and 9 individuals have been granted intern certificates  in Kansas after successfully passing Fall 2018 examinations.  To view a listing of the newly licensed Professional Geologists by exam you may click here to view the announcement.
